Bahan Mee siam
- Gunakan Bumbu :satu saset bumbu instan mee siam.
- Siapkan Bahan Bihun goreng :👇.
- Dibutuhkan 1/2 saset bumbu instan.
- Diperlukan 250 g bihun kering.
- Dibutuhkan 100 g taoge.
- Sediakan 2 batang daun bawang.
- Dibutuhkan 200 g udang segar ukuran kecil.
- Siapkan 3 sdm minyak goreng.
- Gunakan 1/4 gelas air.
- Diperlukan Bahan kuah :👇.
- Siapkan 700 ml air.
- Sediakan 4 sdm air asam jawa(agak kental).
- Siapkan 3-4 keping tahu goreng.
- Dibutuhkan 1 sdt gula.
- Dibutuhkan Garam bila d perlukan.

- Siapkan 1-2 butir telur rebus.
- Siapkan Jeruk nipis(belah).
- Gunakan Sambal(kalau suka pedas).

Cara membuat Mee siam
- Siapkan bahan bagi bumbu menjadi 2,rendam bihun dalam air dingin hingga lemas/agak lembek angkat tiriskan.
- Panaskan minyak,goreng tahu hingga agak kering sedikit,tuangkan 1/2 dari satu saset bumbu instan tumis hingga meletup letup,lalu masukan bahan A aduk rata hingga semua bahan matang,tambahkan irisan daun bawang aduk sebentar matikan api.
- Untuk membuat kuahnya atau bahan B,didihkan 700ml air lalu tambahkan 1/2 saset bumbu instan tadi aduk rata,tambakan air asam,gula koreksi rasanya,biala perlu tambahkan garam,lalu masukan irisan tahu.
- Sajikan mee Siam dalam mangkok,dengan menata bihun goreng dulu,lalu siramkan kuah di atasnya,tambahkan telur,tetesi air perasan jeruk nipis dan sambal sebagai pelengkap rasa.
